This interactive workshop will explore the evidence supporting mindfulness interventions for both mental and physical health. Participants will engage in hands-on practice with two evidence-based mindfulness techniques for managing chronic pain and will learn how to apply mindfulness strategies to support substance use treatment and relapse prevention. Through practical application and discussion, this workshop aims to enhance participants’ ability to integrate mindfulness into patient care.
