Dr. Rama Gupta-Rogers has been a Clinical Health Psychologist at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital (Horizon Health Network) for over 34 years. She works with patients who have diverse medical conditions such as chronic pain, chronic illnesses, cardiac problems, traumatic injuries, stroke, cancer, terminal illness, and eating disorders. She has been a clinical supervisor for many former staff psychologists, HHN Psychology residents, and UNB and U of M students. She is a clinical associate with UNB Psychology Department and is currently teaching a graduate skills course in CBT. She is currently on Horizon’s Palliative Care and Pain committees, ensuring policies and services are psychologically informed and has recently been a material expert for Horizon’s Chronic Disease Standards. Rama is also listed as a mental health provider for diabetes (directory.jdrf.ca) and is a mentor for the Atlantic Mentorship Network here in New Brunswick.
